Hi ive noticed a small pea like lump in my left earlobe. Ive had this lump for about a week now and it has grown in size. It is hard and round and once i started fiddling with it there is a very slight discomfort when i touch it. I am 18 year old male with no health problems that i am aware of. My left ear seems to be blocked and at night i hear swishing noises. There is definitely a change in hearing.

I am worried.
