Hi I am 15 years of age and I'm slightly worried about a small lump on the back of my neck, the lump is around 1cm in diameter hard but squishy-ish can move a little bit and is slightly painful to touch what is it and should I be worried

It may help initially to talk this through with a parent or trusted adult and from there you can always make an appointment to get it looked it, for peace of mind as much as anything.
