I'm not completely sure as I havent had any experience with lumps, but just wanted to reply and give my thoughts. I should think that after doing the biopsy, if its cancerous they will remove the lump and then give treatment to make sure all the cancerous cells are gone. I would talk to a GP or a doctor though for a thorough explaination to be sure
