Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone had any idea what a small lump on neck would be? I'm 15 but always automatically think the worst. It's been over a year since i notice it but it may have been there a while before that. it can move a bit, doesn't hurt and hasn't grown since i noticed it. i'm a big google searcher and get worried about everything so just want to forget about it. i think it could be a lipoma but not sure how common they are for my age
