I found a lump about 1 or 2 cm not big but I squeezed it but it was under my skin blood and a bit of yellow puss cane out but there's still a hard lump/ball deep down should I be concerned I'm still young I'm u16

Have you discussed this with your mum? This is where you should start.
You should certainly contact your GP and see what s/he has to say. If you phone the receptionist, ask for an urgent appointment. Tell her about your symptoms and, she should arrange this. This may be an infection in which case, you will be prescribed antibiotics. However, if your GP suspects anything untoward you will be referred to the breast clinic for some tests.
It is unusual for someone of your age to have cancer, but unfortunately, it is not impossible. You are always better to be sure rather than sorry.
Fortunately, of all the people referred to the breast clinic, only 1 person in 8 will be diagnosed with cancer.
