Do you have the cancer or does a family member? Feeling depressed and lost at a time like this is completely understandable and what i would expect. I am also feeling some of these symptoms. Joining support groups, making friends who know about the subject or just talking to friends and family may ease some of these feelings. Sorry if I was not able to help much, i'm in the same boat myself.
I just saw on your post that you are caring for someone with cancer, sorry i'm new to this site and did not quite catch that. I, myself, am caring for my dad who has lung cancer. It can be scary and emotional especially when they are in pain and you want nothing but to take that pain away from them. What any particular thing made you emotional or is it just caring as a whole? It is draining but knowing you are making that persons daily life easier is very rewarding.
