Looking for advice

Hi everyone. Im 36 and a first time poster.I was seen at a breast clinic in may.I had an ultrasound, mammogram and was seen by two breast specialists. They found what they said was a 3cm tubular lump in my left breast. The specialist nurse had said they had seen this shape lump before but quite rarely and mostly found under the arm.I was told that I would need to keep a close eye and ring without hesitation if any changes occurred in this time.I got given an appointment for August to repeat scans and possibly a biopsy.I left a little confused but it was over at least. I had to call today as now at the bottom of the 3cm lump is a pea sized lump that certainly wasn't there before. The nurse is calling me back tomorrow. Has anyone se experienced anything similar? Thank you for taking the time to read this x
