Live yogurt during chemo?

I have been advised to avoid live yogurt during chemo but what is NON-live yogurt? I have bog standard "natural" yogurt from Aldi which does not say "live" or "active." Is this safe to consume? I'd like to continue to eat yogurt if I can find out what kinds are safe to eat.

    Just had my stronger * chemo yesterday. Have been told to only eat pasteurised yoghurt but cannot find any with this label.  I too only eat Greek yoghurt from the Co-op.any alternative ideas?
