son diagnosed with this last week we didnt ask any questions on the day as was in total shock we dont even know what type of tumor it is. got to wait 6 months for another scan to see if any growth but i feel 6 months is long time to wait
Welcome to the community Sarsy although I'm sorry to hear about your son's diagnosis.
Forgetting to ask questions is quite common and a completely natural reaction to receiving such news, especially if it was completely unexpected, but if you or your son get in touch with his GP/medical team and explain what happened, I'm sure they would be happy to have a chat with you both and answer any questions you may have.
