Hi, hoping to get some advise as I’m feeling very worried and exhausted with lack of answers. 

My pain started 6 months ago a light bruising/boring pain in my left pelvis. I went for an ultrasound and they found nothing but a small fibroid in my right ovary. 

The pain ain’t subsided and I’ve thought nothing of it. 

This is last week the boring pain came back in my left pelvis, running down the inside of my left thigh, the left of my vagina, my left side and left lower back, passing stools can be painful. It essentially feels like my whole reproductive area is very, very heavy.

these last few days my bladder has become a lot weaker, very sensitive, it doesn’t hold much. And last 48 hours my left rib cage is starting to hurt like there’s something pushing on it from underneath, taking deep breaths is a little painful. 

Ive been to A&E they sent me home with cocodomol. 

A staff nurse told me to go to my GP and demand a MRI. Because of my age (24 years old) they are less inclined to want to refer me for these things

i have a smear test on the 24th April another ultrasound late April and a Gynaecology appointment end of April/May.

very worried and sick of feeling this way, I’m 24 years old, I should feel lively and not feel this type of pain in the left side of my body. Has anybody experienced something similar to this before??
