Well well well.....who’d of thought after 12 months of constant bad news, today we got told the latest scan results. My husbands tumours are SHRINKING. Oncologist says he’s more than happy as he thought it would perhaps just stop the cancer but it’s actually shrinking it too!!!!

we will continue on this chemo now until cycle 6 is completed. Xmas time. Then next scan 

 

But for now....it’s WONDERFUL NEWS.....X

    During this journey any piece of news like this is so fantastic! So happy for and your husband!

    I am in a similar place with my mum, her cycle 6 should finish the thurs before christmas and the interim scan showed stability on some tumours and shrinkage on others - we also took this as fantastic news and are planning some weekends away during mum's rest weeks and just enjoying the run up to christmas.
