Hi. I'm a 43 year old male and have just discovered today I have a large (about the size of a cherry tomato) mass right on the line of the join between my right leg and my perineum. It wasn't there a day or two ago, is painful to the touch and is making it a bit uncomfortable to sit. I haven't noticed any recent sexual, urine or poo problems. Is this a common thing to notice?
