I have just been diagnosed with NPC cancer as they have found some dead tissue behind my nose. I have been having some had health for the past 3 months and after numerous scans blood tests and Dr visits the specialist believes it's NPC. We cannot take a endoscopy biopsy as the nasel bone cartridge is not straight and there is no space in my nostril to take a biopsy tissue. So now the specialist will put me in hospital and whilst I'm asleep will clean out the dead tissue and find a piece of suitable biopsy tissue for examination. He will then do a skin graft to repair the area that was damaged inside. I am concerned and has anyone had this procedure before. Regards Ian.
