Is this an oral cancer?

Hi, im 22 years old and really worried about kind of swelling in mouth. I had occasional pain in ear in last few months, mostly at nights. My appointment is in one week, so i really want to see opinions od you all. Also my throat started to hurt few days ago.

    It won't be long now before you have your appointment. Do mention to your doctor that your throat has been hurting for a few days now.
