Most people have a small lump on the back of their head where the neck joins to the skull, so it's probably nothing to worry about if you're not having any other symptoms!

Tumours in the brain grow underneath the skull, pressing on the brain tissue so they cannot be felt on the head/scalp so you don't even need to worry about that.
I have the same thing has been here for months , it's hard lump doesn't hurt or anything but it's on the back of my skull hurts a tad when I press it but if I don't it won't hurt . I am worried too . Don't know what it is , searched it could possibly be a cyst ?
