I have a new gp - and he looked into my records and said I have had high platelets for 10 years - have now had bloods done again waiting for results should I be concerned ??
I'm sorry about the news you've been given. Hopefully this won't be too much cause for concern but only a medical professional will be able to tell you more so try to hang in there until your new set of blood results come back.
