hi, my name is Steve and I've recently been diagnosed with a brain tumour. It's all very new for me, but I'm going for a craniotomy next week. Hopefully things will go well and I'll be wiser about my longer term prognosis after the surgery.
Hi starcatcher ... sorry to hear your going through this .. it is such a hard time and a little scary while waiting as your mind plays tricks with you, and if you can try and keep yourself as busy as possible, it will help... though you sound quite strong by your post ... we're always here to hold your hand through if you need support ... even the bravest has times of feeling low ... so will be thinking of you ... we've all been on one journey or another with this heartless cancer ...
