Her positive 4 mm

Hi All, I had a DCIS recurrence and they found a 4 mm invasive part too which is her positive . I had a mastectomy. They are saying that chemotherapy and herceptin is not needed due to the size of it but I am really worried that it is being under treated. Does anyone know what size it has to be to then be offered chemotherapy and herceptin?

Thanks Steph I'm seeing the oncologist next Monday and after this I will most likely be getting a second opinion. Thank you for responding
