Hi my dad has stage 4 small cell lung cancer which has spread rapidly he is due 2nd lot of chemo this week but my mum is struggling with support in the home eg needs some help washing him getting him dressed etc.....where can I get help
Hi Stevominto Do you know if the palliative care team have been in touch with Mum and Dad? If so then they would be your first point of contact for arranging some additional support. If not then get in touch with Dad's GP and explain the situation. They should be able to arrange for someone to visit to sort out necessary support for them both.
