Hi, I was diagnosed with non hodgkins lymphoma in march. Unfortunfortunately I can't have chemo as I have cirrhosis (non alcahol related). Feel like I have an enemy which I can't fight!!
Just wanted to say hello. Sorry no one has replied to you post as yet. May I ask if they are able to give any treatment? When I had prostate cancer, I has hormone therapy along with radiotherapy and this worked extremly well for me. It also helped me feel I had some control over it.

Just wanted to wish you good luck for your Appointmant. Reading what some people do on here, Thay often take a book and a pen with them so they can write down answere to any question they ask or alternativly, to take someone with you as two heads are better than one.

i am writing down questions as I think of them & my good friend & neighbour comes with me to all my appts which are many as have to see liver team plus kidney doc as cat scan showed a mass in kidney. After a biopsy it is not lymphoma & will be having further scan after xmas to see if it has grown.
Have been told I'm a very complex case which is nothing new as people have been telling me that all my life :)
hi seabird, so for you. you mention in the posts above to woodworm, after a biopsi its showed its not lymphoma .. but you say a mass in the kidney..hope youll be ok. its a shame you have to wait till after christmas for further scan, maybe try hurry them along a bit. all the best.....:)
they want to wait to see if it grows if it has then it might mean surgery.
Did u enjoy strictly? 2 of my daughters called from america just as it started. Its getting very exciting. They told me about the amazing house they have booked for xmas right on the sea front ;)
