groin pain?

Hi I have a question concerning my mum who has terminal cancer. She has had breast cancer and was treated for that 2 and a bit years ago.May this year she was diagnosed with bone cancer in the spine. She had deposits on her liver but has not developed into anything but does now have lung cancer and it might be elsewhere, but she keeps getting pain in her groin and legs i wondered if anyone else has heard of this or if anyone knows what it might be.I would be very gratful.I dont think my mum has much time left. She seems very quiet and very much with her thoughts.it seems a cruel waste of a person who has so much to give.Any advise would be good.

i am so sorry and upset to hear of your dear mum,  l was diagnosed with lung cancer in November 2019,   And had chemo and immunotherapy, unfortunately the immunotherapy set off colitis, so I am off that now it was a trial at Addenbrooks, I have been having treatment for the colitis but it really attacked my immune system.  So I have a bad year with it, I am on a new drug now for the colitis and it seems to be getting a little better.

inhad 12 sessions of radiotherapy in January, and am having a CT scan 31March. But since January I have developed painful groin and legs and lump on my ribs. My legs are so painful I don't know what to do. So keep taking painkiller until scan. I understand how your mum is feeling and how down she is. Has she spoken to her oncologist about this because a full scan may help.

my heart ️ and thoughts are with you both. My daughter is feeling the same as you too so I truly understand. Xxxxx
