Great Report

Hi All......I have not been here in few months. My husband was diagnosed with a very rare form of sarcoma...I will have to get complete name....lung cancer, squamous lymphoma, stage 4 lymph nodes around his lungs one very large between heart and lung, adrenal gland also, cancer grew from January of this year to May workout treatment. He started Carbuplatin, Alimta, Keytruda (Immunotherapy) May 11. .  After his first 3 treatments the cancer SHRUNK very much! He is the first known of this type of cancer to have responded to these treatments. Doctor said after the next two treatments he asked my husband's permission to write an article of his cancer diagnosis and shrinking of cancer to the American Journal of Medicine.   I am writing this to give hope to many.  I will try to get complete full diagnose. Nurses where he goes do not like it when I call asking questions. But too bad for them.

  • Hello Nanaof8,

This is amazing news, exactly what we like to hear! Thank you so much for coming here and updating us on your husband's progress. How incredible that he is the first person known of this rare type of cancer to have responded so well to these treatments and that he is going to be a case study in an academic article.

This will no doubt give courage and strength to many who are going through a similar experience at the moment. We're so pleased for you and your husband and I am sure many of our members will join me soon in sharing the excitement of these amazing results.

Best wishes to you and your husband,
