I went to the drs at the end of June with a lump on my neck just below my ear. Told to go back about 4 weeks later if it was still there. I did, it had also grown bigger so was referred for an ultrasound. 

Had that app today, told it is indeed an enlarged lymph node and they want me back in a few weeks to check it again. I don't know what it is. I'm tired of worrying about it.

It's been 2 months since it appeared, I haven't had any sort of illness to explain it. In fact I've been the healthier than usual for the past few weeks apart from the bloody constant fatigue.

Dont even know why I'm posting, I just dont understand why they couldnt just tell me if it was reactive or not. Why I have to wait for yet another US before I'm in the clear. I' sure I have read other peoples experiences and they got told straight off that its reactive. Can I ask for a blood test at my drs to see if that shows anything? 

I know the fact they havent iust come straight out and said you have cancer is good, but the fact they couldnt just say hey everythings fine is laying heavy on my mind. 

Sorry for the moan, I'm just sick of waiting and fed up I guess.
