Hi most cancers you don't have any pain. If you are male sometimes you can get low back pain from prostate depending on your age a few details would help.

My stomach feels smaller I am 26 stone also and the pain is horrible like a knoting pain in my stomach and all of my back upper middle and lower don't sleep in bed either I sleep uptight on the sofa 

when my mum got cancer she said it wasn’t painful however u should have it checked out even If it’s something else. My word of advice is try not to worry until u know exactly what it is then focus on getting better, worrying will won’t  make anything better but it will stress u out. Sorry sounds more like IBS to me,  I don't think you would actually put on weight if you had anything.

U should definitely get it checked x I had similar symptoms a couple of yrs ago except I didn’t get back ache and with in 2 weeks I was in the hospital and diagnosed with something called Crohn’s disease the faster u get it checked the faster u can get treated and feel better xx the worst thing is not knowing x
