Hi Pauline. Woo hoo - one week over! Well done. How are you coping with it? I hated the waiting around as some days the appts would run an hour or more late and the train journey back wasn't helpful.

thank you yes went quick this week glad the rest be same I have been quite lucky with the waiting bit have changed times a couple of appointments so bit of pain as not wats on sheet plan

mum a bit puzzled been doing ok still don’t really like mask but coping
the family has virus and noticed I was getting dry throat yesterday with slight cough them today same
but by tea time my voice which was fine keeps going and coughing helps bring it back for few minutes not really sore throat
so wondering virus or side effect
hoping viral surely can’t be side effect this early
my bloods were fine off yesterday so no clue
how about u how did u cope with it all are u finished or still being treated
Hi Pauline. I finished treatment in May 2017. I didn't react too badly- skin was very pink after session 1 and tiredness. I was nauseous on first and last treatment and have been coping with several issues. Like you had it for 6 weeks.
I hope you don't catch that virus - it's a nasty one. I do remember during treatment I was drinking alot of water and if people came over and I was talking for couple of hrs I'd sound like I had sore throat. The body weakens and throat has muscle.
Here's hoping you'll breeze thru with minimal side effects. Just take it easy.

and I think may have the virus but not sure as was first few days got dry then seemed to be ok them came back and voice on off and felt a bit tired and rubbish sneezing coughing
was up a and e with boyfriend till 3am this morning arghh he has pneumonia
and really poorly
and granddaughter also high temp and poorly
think most of the family been getting
Im doing same drinking lot of water
And yes find more talking gets drier and struggle so not sure will see what they think tomorrow wen I get there
and thank you I to hope minimal effects and get brought this ok
Hi Pauline. My skin went darker and was hot for a few hours and then would calm down 20%. It got worse but am so much better now. Like I said every single person reacts differently.
Oh dear sounds like you've got a lot going on with all the illnesses. Here's hoping they can give you sthg to help tomorrow. Tiredness is very common so do please take it easy.
You'll get through this. Hopefully family will get better very quickly as you need the help and support. Good luck for next week's treatment. Take care.
and that u much better now like u say everyone reacts different but hopefully get through this with minimal effects we will see and hopefully can still do treatment but if got anything they can tell me
yes all grandchildren had this virus been really poorly seems to have hit everyone at a time u don’t need
not been much fun running around trying to do everything them not much sleep in between and no real break for weekend and still ended up at hospital with them like u say I hope they all get well boyfriend on treatment now and got to go there in morning then get to another town before 10.50 for radiotherapy might have to leave him there and go if he to long honestly hard right now but hoping get better
I’m just sorting dinner as need to eat while I can just in case
