Female Lump found on Liver

Hi Guys

I'm sorry for posting but I feel like anyone I talk to they just pass it off as nothing and say I'm fine - would love some advice so I dont feel like I'm going insane x

For over a year now I've had a pain emulating on my right side - upper abdomen just where your liver would sit. I found this pain would get worse when  I eat food but more so when I would take fluids. I had no problem eating food to begin with and would only get the pain after. (I have never had heartburn with this or acid reflux) it has now got to the point where I cant eat food without instant pain and as soon as the food starts its journey I feel like someone is persistently stabbing my liver. ( not fun) I have been so tired every day, no energy, so emotional, depressed and in agony. I went to the doctors obviously and had blood tests taken which shows my liver function was high, blood sugars high even when fasting and low iron - which explains the tiredness. The doctors prescribed me with stomach tablets after me persisting I had no issues with my stomach, no pain there and no issues. It got to the point I ended up in A&E where they done and ultrasound and a bright spot on my kidney and a growth on my liver. I have tried following up as I was so tired that day I couldn't ask any questions or even remember the majority of the day but I haven't had a response. I have been booked for urgent MRI but I'm just at worries at the moment and wondered if anyone ever had the same thing and ever got to the bottom of it. I dont have gallstones and my gallbladder is fine aswell. I just worry as I have always been someone to struggle loosing  weight but I lost 6 stone in 4 months and that was before the pain became unbearable to eat. Now I have no appetite and vomit on a daily. Is this a common thing in females considering alot has been linked to the pill? I was on the pill for 4 years and have been off it a year after having a miscarriage. Would love some support or advice
