Hi all I am Extremely worried I may have Bowel cancer I have been getting abdominal pain on left side and right side where the bowels for the past 2month also lower back pain which was going into my testicles but the lower back pain and testicle pain turned out to be  a UTI that’s away now which is rare for a 32 year old male, my bowel movements have really changed aswell as in needing to go more 6times and it isn’t normal  poo it’s diarrhea and very soft just isn’t normal I have said to the doctors numerous times about cancer they kept saying to young so was at doctors Wednesday told him I want to be tested as it’s my life that’s laying in your hands so he agrees to do a test stool sample that looks for something also a blood test to can’t remember the name of it but will take longer than a normal blood test to come back , am worried if it is that it’s going to be to late, also sleeping a lot more feel extremely tired
