Hello

I'm worrying about radiotherapy. Before my mastectomy/ immediate reconstruction surgery with expander, doctor was hopeful I won't need any additional therapy. Now the results are back and went from grade 1 to grade 2. They are sending the slide to usa for oncotype test , another 2 weeks wait . Anyway my question is about radiotherapy after having expander put in. At the consultation doctor said hopefully I won't need radiotherapy cause doesn't go well with implant/expander . But now I might need it . What experiences  you can share with me about having expander reconstruction befit radiotherapy? I'm worried now cause I was happy with reconstruction result but will it be ruined then?
