Endometrial Hyperplasia without Atypia

Hello,

Recently I've been diagnosed with endometrial hyperplasia without atypia after I was experiencing constant bleeding for over a year following the birth of my first child. I'm 35 and I've had the Mirena coil fitted and have been told after 2 successful 6-month biopsies I can start trying for a second baby. I was also told that if I didn't want to get pregnant the usual advise would be to keep the coil in for a further 4 years. We'd love more children but our priority is our daughter and trying not to put myself at risk.

I'm now a bit confused as I'm worried that if the full treatment is 5 years of hormone treatment then trying to get pregnant before then will mean a higher likelihood of it returning/progressing to atypia or endometrial cancer. I'd be interested to hear if anyone has been in a similar situation and knows what specialist might be able to help assess my individual risk - cancer specialist? Fertility specialist? Specifically looking for the top expert in their field in the UK who I might look to get an appointment with, or where I might look for this information!

Thanks so much for reading and any advise you can offer.
