Dip/dent in boob and check-up

Hi everyone,

I have over the past few weeks noticed a dip in the lower part of my right boob that becomes more prominent when I push down on it slightly or push my arms down and in. You can't see it really if I'm standing up straight or when I lift my arms up, and there are (from what I can feel or tell) no other symptoms like lumps/bumps/pain etc.

I'm trying to figure out whether dips/dents in the boobs can be benign? From what I can tell from my research it's definitely a possible sign of breast cancer. I'm only 30 so I'm quite worried about this, but reading some posts here has helped me to feel less isolated.

I tend to ruminate about these things so I have booked a one-stop appointment for next Wednesday.

I hope to share the results after my appointment. Crossing fingers and toes.
