Hi there, I'm just looking for reassurance. Im 48 and have had sore breasts for 5 weeks or so, they're full and heavy. I was looking in the mirror this morning and noticed when I lifted my arms up, all the under part of my breasts were dimpled.  Should I get this checked or am I worrying unnecessarily?
