Have you spoken to your medical team about the tummy pains? If not, do let them know as they will be in the best position to help you with this. I had a 10 hours surgery for total mastectomy and breast reconstruction using my abdominal muscles. It was a double benefit as l got both new breast and flatter abdomen. I did not have abdominal pain since 2015 when the surgery was done. You can have a scan to investigate the root cause of your pain It may not be Cancer related
