Daughter with small mass in bladder

Hi I'm new at this so please bear with me :)

My daughter has not been well for a few weeks and was recently diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. An auto immune disease which causes inflammation around her joints and especially  in her hands and face.  She has been put on drugs which try to calm down her immune system and stop the swelling from damaging her joints. It also makes her feel tired and nauseous.

Last week she went to hospital with severe pain in her  side around the kidney area. They thought it could be kidney or gall stones and so gave her an ultrasound scan but everything looked normal. They said  small stones don't always show up so they would give her a CT scan.  That night she was given a chest x-ray and they spoke to rheumatology about taking her off her meds so they could start her on antibiotics.  This is because she shouldn't have both but the next morning  she was like a puffer fish due to swelling. So they had no choice but to restart her meds.

She was given a CT scan which again didn't show the cause of her pain but it did reveal a small mass in her bladder. They told her they were doing an urgent referral to urology clinic so that they could put a camera up etc. She asked the doctor if it's serious but she said she couldn't say either way at the moment.

They had to discharge her as they needed the bed and she was at too great a risk of picking up another infection there.

I'm so sorry for the long post but  just needed advise and a friendly ear.  It seems most people with bladder cancer have blood in their urine as a first symptom. My daughter hasn't had anything like that so I'm not sure if that's a good sign or not.  She's still not well in herself and if she walks to the shop and back she feels so exhausted. She is a  single mum and so  it's not easy for her. Luckily the youngest is nine and can help her a bit. Is she quite young to have bladder cancer? Her grandmother sadly passed away from bladder cancer.
