Dad got tumer

First Post dad had a endoscopy couple of weeks ago found traces of cancer in hospital had more tests they can't operate. He also had a stroke last year and does not understand much his wife in a care home with dementia so there only me and him. Had a sister but she died of cancer 16 years ago. He under the dmt team he comming home tomorrow in scared how is he going to cope

    I'm sorry to hear about your Dad's diagnosis. It's obviously a very hard time for you all at the moment. 
    Do you have a contact number for the team that is organising your Dad's care? If so then do give them a call to discuss your concerns. Alternatively give his GP surgery a call and ask for some advice about what support is available and explain that you need to make sure hel pis in place for your Dad and for you as well. 
    If you'd like to speak to one of our nurses for some advice then do give them a call on 0808 800 4040 (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm).
