Ecguiser is a legend and says these don't hurt, but I found the FNA very painful (my neck was painful before they ever started) and so I'm starting to poop myself a bit about getting the CNB tomorrow.
I'm not lying when I say laughter and banter all the way. It did help that the first thing she said was "we will be using a local anaesthetic today". which also didn't hurt at all.
Everything has worn off now, but still no pain.

Mums always know best. (I'm not a mum, I just know everything!)
I thought the local anaesthetic injection would be worse than the biopsy but if that was ok well done! Now you have to put it to one side until you get the results.
