Hi debbie, just come in have been out for tea  with my friend , it was very nice but i wish with all my heart  it was my husband i was with  its not the same  going out  any more  i hope it gets  easier  as time goes on  hope your ok regards Syl xx

Im sat on my own its sunday for the first time in over 40 yrs ive had a marks and spencers  Sunday dinner, had a cry today the weather is lovely if my husband was here we would have gone out  for the day , feel so alone now even when people  are around me  syl

Hi I'm only 3 weeks into losing my husband it's so hard just trying to get through the day with lots to sort out I too Igo home to an empty louse I feel so alone II'm praying for the day things start to ease a little I cry every day today has been a bad day for me right now I just want him here with me but I know it's impossible I miss him s much 

I feel so lonely at night its awful not having any body to talk to or make a cup of tea for ,its 11week now  sometimes it seems worse  now  than it did  in the early days .

You look a lovely couple i know  its hard  try to remember the good times like i have to  ,i cant look at some of the photos  on my tablet as they  make me so sad , i have some nice photos of him in differant  parts of my home  i talk to them they make me feel better. Hugs to you  syl

Can  some one tell me how to cope at night  when you dont have any one to talk to only the TV  and the cat .
