I went for an appointment at the breast clinic on Thursday after finding a lump and having pain in my left breast. I had an ultrasound scan done and the lady scanning me found a black solid area and called in someone else to scan me but they both reassured me it was a blocked duct.
I saw the consultant after and he also said it's a blocked duct, no treatment needed you can go with no further tests or treatment.
Today I received a letter saying I've an appointment at the breast surgery clinic in December and I am so confused as to why I've been referred to a surgery clinic?!?
They are closed till Monday and my GP has no information either!!
Anyone else experienced owt like this?
Im a single parent to two boys, one with complex special needs and I just can't process owt being seriously wrong!
