Hi everyone

So I recently had a cervical smear. The result came back as high risk hpv severe dyskaryosis. 2 weeks later I needed a colopscopy where I had a loop diathermy under local anaesthetic. The colopscopist wasn't concerned and said it didn't look as bad as severe dyskaryosis, but continued with procedure anyway. I don't have any other symptoms other than vaginally discharge all the time and lower back pain. 

Has anyone else had this said to them? Were they right? How long did you wait for the results? Did you get results by post or phone?
