I had my 4th major operation 5 weeks ago and have ended up with a colostomy this time I'm struggling so hard when I spoke to the doctors about it they said so many people have them and they have improved their lives so much. I can't see a way in how this is ever going to improve my life I feel dirty and repulse myself let alone anyone else. I just can't see any way forward has someone on here any help or information that may help me
