I had to wait 5 weeks for my sidmoidoscopy results, unfortunately I got them back yesterday and the polyp removal was pre cancerous. However if you just had biopsies taken and everything else was clear they would have the results by now so give them a call to check. But I wouldn't be too concerned anything serious I believe you would hear straight away.
Thank you apparently my insides are also inflamed and one of the biopsy they were not sure if it was a polyp its starting to stress me out a bit now. I keep saying to myself no news is good news
I have to wait for a specialist to see me and go from there they want to do a full colonoscopy to see if there is any more cancerous polyps in the other part of the bowel. So I guess we shall wait and see ...
