Hi everyone I'm new on here and looking for some advise .I have a pressure feeling at the top of my anus the doctor done a rectal feel and discovered I have a small hard lump up there pressing on my pelvic bone ,I feel very full even though I've hardly eaten in a week and I can't pass wind .I feel sick ,faint and weak .Blood tests showed up ok and it isn't gallstones or my appendix I had an ultra sound ,I'm waiting on colonoscopy. Im not constipated but my faeces are either hard and dark or very light and gooey has any one experienced these symptoms and found out what's causing it .Also I feel very light headed and really poorly and lethargic .
