Chemotherapy fatigue

Hi, 

 

I just wanted to ask others if you have felt long term fatigue after chemotherapy? 3 years ago I finished my chemotherapy and I still get very tired, when I have a day off work I just want to sleep! I wondered if anyone has felt like this and have you tried anything that has helped?

    My partner finished his chemo 18 months ago and is still tired a lot of the time.  At the min he is furloughed so if he does feel tired he will have an extra hour or two in bed. 

     

    Think that is all you can do listen to your body and just take it easy when you can.

     

    LIke he says the illness that keeps on giving :)
