I'm sorry to hear that you're now struggling with menopause side effects following your recent chemo sessions. I know that we've lots of ladies here on the forum who will have experienced these kinds of problems and hopefully they will post to share their advice and tips with you. 

In the meantime please do chat with your GP about your symptoms as there are non-hormonal medications that you may want to consider trying to help manage the hot flushes.
