Chemo choices a third time

I've had separate breast cancer diagnoses in the past, with double mastectomy and lymph node clearance. The first time in 2006, I had FEC chemo, and the second time in 2012, it was Taxotere.

I have recently suffered recurrence on both sides, with lumps excised. They are treating as local recurrence. CT scan shows no obvious spread but, to deal with any rogue cells that may have escaped , they recommend further chemo.

Today I went to have first round of Paclitaxel, but suffered severe reaction and it had to be stopped.

Just wondered if anyone out there had been in a similar situation, facing a third round of chemotherapy, and which regime they were offered?
