Welcome to the forum although I'm sorry to hear about everything that has been happening for your partner. 

If he's unhappy with the treatment that he's been having then your first point of contact would be the PALS department at the hospital he is being seen at. Alternatively he could make an appointment to see his GP and voice his concerns asking for a referral to another clinician/hospital. 

I hope the situation is resolved quickly.
