Cancer of tongue - stage 4

i was told about this nasty diagnosis recently for mum. Diagnosed under ENT specialist, I’m seeking second opinion/private treatment as the specialist has said the cancer cannot be treated due to size and pnly option is palliative. Its a visible ulcer that doesnt look big. Can anyone advise how I can get mum transferred to a private practice where she can be treated for stage 4 oral cancer?
