Research into mobile phones and cancer is still ongoing, however large studies in people, such as the INTERPHONE study and the Million Women Study, have found no increased risk of cancer from using mobile phones. Thanks for your response. We did research this very thoroughly before restricting our family usage of this technology. We feel the studies including the NTP and Ramazzini (please see below) are extremely compelling and show there are effects below the current safety limits. IARC are most likely going to review their position because of all the new evidence.

My husband is a scientist and we as a family are airing on the side caution as we think it is the sensible thing to do. 

I agree with you absolutely. Work as a busy nurse with no bag and stuffed pockets. Kept phone in bra so I knew where it was.  Just recovering from breast cancer and lesion was exactly where phone always was.  

So sorry to hear that, Sadly I have heard a few stories like this where seemingly people have got cancer in the location where their phone was kept. I read in the mail that a man is suing Nokia because he claims heavy mobile phone use caused his brain tumour!
