Hi there ... different regions have different ways ...

But on mine at our breast clinic l had monogram first ... then scan (same as ultrasound) then biopsy .. which was like having ears pierced  ... and l was so glad my daughter in law was there with me ... then we went for a Costa ... so on the whole not too bad .. but take someone if you can ..

But everywhere may vary ... but my first four call backs over the years were just fatty lumps ... so hold on till you know for sure ... Chrissie x

Hi, like Chriss said Mine was the same, mammogram then ultrasound scan then core biopsies. If they go down that route hopefully they might do a mammogram and find everything is ok and just fatty tissue. Try and keep positive. It is a worrying time though. Please let us know how you get on.
