Breast cancer with brain mets

Hi, I am new to the forum. I was diagnosed with early stage breast cancer in April 2014. 3 lumps in left breast, HER 2 +. Had radical mastectomy followed by 6 x FEC chemotherapy and 3 weeks radiotherapy. Diagnosed with bone metastases in sternum in June 2015, lung metastases in November 2015. Started having visual disturbances in January 2016. Worsened after 6 x Abraxane chemotherapy in 2016. Head scan in September 2016 revealed multiple brain metastases in both hemispheres. Had whole brain radiotherapy in October 2017. Floored by fatigue by end November. High steroid doses have wasted my muscles but I am trying to come off them for a while. Latest troubles are  a DVT in my right calf so now on daily blood thinning injections. Also on Keppra to stop muscle twitching and prevent seizures. Now on capcitabine  chemo tablets, herceptin, denosumab, exemestane, ramapril (for heart damage due to herceptin), dexamethasone and fragmin. Not to mention the calcium and phosphate supplements. It's a lot of medication and everything has side effects. Not allowed to drive anymore either.
