i have been recalled for more tests after a 2nd Mammogram in 5 years. I have this persistent dull ache on my right arm for the last 3 months and i cant help wondering if this translate to breast cancer. Any thoughts on this anyone?

Hopefully some of our members who have had similar symptoms will be along soon to share their thoughts with you about this but this may be one for your GP/medical team so do be sure to have a chat with them about this if you haven't done so already.
